Stay Happy and Healthy
As a Metro Staffing employee, you are covered by workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance. In addition, depending on the length of your service, you may be eligible to receive holiday and vacation pay. You will also receive a weekly paycheck for your work.
If you are actively working on a current work assignment, and if you have completed at least 560 regular hours as a Metro Staffing employee, you are eligible to be paid for the following six holidays if such holidays occur during your current work assignment: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. (Conditions apply.)
Once you have worked 1,500 hours without a break in service of 30 days or more, you will be eligible to accrue vacation time from that point forward on all regular hours (excludes overtime) you work, subject to the remaining terms of this policy.
